I represent both Buyers and Sellers in the the Albuqueque Real Estate Market, including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Placitas, the East Mountain Communities of Tijeras, Sandia Park, & Edgewood, as well as Los Lunas and Belen, to the south.  My experience covers New & Re-sale Homes, Custome Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Vacant Land, Income Residential Properties, & 1031 Enchanges (both forward & reverse).

We have many sought after locals, including UNM, Tanoan, High Desert, North Albuquerque Acres & Sandia Heights - all on Abq's East side, to the Downtown area, North Valley, and South Valley areas.  On our West side, Ladera, Taylor Ranch, Paradise Hills and SW Heights locals are our growth areas, where you will find new home construction, both by local and national builders, competing with some older neighborhoods.  This is also true for Rio Rancho as well.  For Corrales and Placitas, these are both Bedroom communities close to Albuquerque, with typically higher end properties.  The East Mtn communities include a wide range of propeties, from low end to high end custom homes typically on 1 acre lots (or more) and can be in the trees or rolling grassy hills.  Los Lunas and Belen, to the South of Albuquerque, affords a similar array of properties, either located in the Rio Grande Valley or along its flanks.  Los Lunas is currently experiencing new homes construction by several national home builders.
